What if my pass won't print out correctly?

The easiest resolution to this issue is to save the pass as a PDF file, and then print the saved file. If you're not sure how to do that, just email us at help@parkwhiz.com or call (888) 472-7594 and we'll send over a PDF version of your parking pass.

You can also check your location's amenities to see if it accepts mobile passes, and show your smartphone for validation instead of a printed-out pass.
